On November 3rd & 4th – VMI to host “The Enduring Legacy: Leadership and National Security Affairs during the Ronald Reagan Era”

“The Enduring Legacy: Leadership and National Security Affairs during
the Ronald Reagan Era” will bring together scholars and national security
professionals to discuss strategy, policy, and leadership during the Reagan
administration.

It will feature a keynote address by former NATO commander
Admiral James Stavridis, USN (ret.), and a dinner presentation by former U.S.
ambassador to the Soviet Union Jack F. Matlock, Jr. 

Panelists to include Mr. Lou Cannon, author of
President Reagan: The Role of a Lifetime, Dr. Archie Brown of Oxford
University, Dr. Beth Fischer of the University of Toronto, Dr. Kyle Longley of
Arizona State University, Dr. James Graham Wilson of the Department of State,
Dr. Ronald Granieri of the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Dr. David
Crist of The Joint Staff.
